Note: According to the College Act and Bylaws, a quorum of Council is required for an AGM.  Term of Council is 2 years, and therefore there will be NO election of officers at this AGM.  Because no election will be held at this AGM, a quorum of Membership is not required.  Membership is welcome to attend the AGM, and lunch will be served to those in attendance at 12 noon. 

Please forward any agenda items to me in accordance with the College Act & Bylaws.  Please notify me if you plan to attend this AGM (for adequate room & catering).
